Through an applied approach, the Finance Club acts as a bridge, connecting formal academic theory with practical experience in finance and investment. It is committed to linking students’ interests in the finance and investment industry with the knowledge provided by capital market institutions and relevant industry practitioners.

Finance Club MM UGM (Master of Management, Universitas Gadjah Mada) program has successfully bridged the interests of its students in the financial sector through collaborations with key capital market institutions—the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Yogyakarta and Mirae Asset Sekuritas. This initiative featured a “Capital Market School” (Sekolah Pasar Modal) program, followed by five intensive stock-market sessions that provided a comprehensive overview of the capital market—ranging from foundational concepts to advanced stock analysis skills. Additionally, the Finance Club partnered with the Directorate General of Budget Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) of the Ministry of Finance, in collaboration with Mandiri Sekuritas, to introduce *Surat Berharga Syariah Negara* (SBSN)—specifically the ST015 series—to the students.
